 What kind of corp do I want to start a rental biz as? |

I am considering buying a few small multi fams. I want to start a company. It will be a part-time thing with my wife. What type of corporation should I use? TIA

To manage the property, or to place the property in the name of?
It is my understanding from my personal dealings in real estate and advice of lawyers and fellow investors, that outside paying cash, you can not seperate yourself from the property.
Cash purchase allows you to approach it from a trust or LLC method. I am sure there are specialists/experts in these areas that can offer you better advice but thought I would throw up some information from a non-legal advice standpoint.
